you talking about the Chao's? yes if you don't care and just abuse them instead, it is a life simulator mini game that the whole sonic fandom ask for each and every time a new game is released.
 
Oh no, man I sepnt way too long being a tard in the Chao Garden. Got chaos chao on both the gamecube and dreamcast, and the GCN ones had S rank in all stats. I did stupid shit like get rainbow Chao, mixed Jewel chao, chao that changed color when pet or given drives. It was honestly a bit of a problem.
 
hey guys. so i decided to wait until christmas to post this.

do you all remember NiGHTS Into Dreams on the Sega Saturn? that game was the best game for that system and is one of the games that got the saturn to sell. it got a holiday themed spin off called Christmas NiGHTS for the saturn.

and there's a mode where you get to play as sonic in that game. and you fight the first boss who is redesigned to look like robotnik. so far, you only play as sonic on the saturn copy. any future ports didn't have him.


we all know sega was planning to release sonic X-treme for the saturn but that got cancelled and we ended up with sonic 3d blast and sonic R instead. uggh

anyway. more holiday stuff. in Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast

when the Dreamcast was released in the West in 1998. there was a dlc players can download to their VMU cards when connecting the dreamcast to the internet. these are al decorations in station square to celebrate the dreamcast's western release.


buts thats not all of it. in that same year, sega even added christmas themed content. and nice music too.

they updated it later on the next year. they added halloween content for the Twinkle park stage in sonic and amy's segments. and they updated the christmas event. with NiGHTS music.

they even added an event for the new year of 2000


and for sonic adventure 2. there were halloween and christmas costumes for the characters.

Well this blows, and judging by the broken blue heart emoji he's using I'm suspecting it wasn't his choice. FWIW, I've heard rumors that it's due to his contract expiring.

Ten bucks says SEGA gets Ben Schwartz to voice Sonic in future media, the seeds were already sown for the possibility of that happening thanks to the movie.

I'm guessing that SEGA is doing the annual "find a suitable voice actor" again, that explains Rogers departure. hoping that they still keep Mike cause I can't see a better alternative.

I'm starting to get a little concerned. Why is Sega dropping all of these perfectly fine VA's? People are gonna flip if even Mike gets put on the chopping block

Probably trying to hire someone cheaper or worse are trying to appeal to the ironic meme fans
I swear to god if Arin Hanson gets made an official VA i will throw a fit
