I think I forgot to mention how my little Sonic marathon ended I was doing a little while back.

Long story short I didn't like Sonic Adventure 2 much, not only gameplay wise, but this is where the series' tone gets too goofy for me, not sure I care about anything after that game other than the Sonic Advance games, maybe Frontiers, maybe.

The Genesis games are classics and I love them, Sonic Adventure 1 is flawed but still really interesting, 2 however is where I feel the series pretty much "jumps the shark" tonally.

Rouge is cool at least though, it's really funny to me how in the early 2000s even kids games would give female characters big hooters (reminds me of the Jak games)

I'm upset now. It's not even about the game, I don't care about the game. It's more the gay meme marketing around a game I wasn't interested in anyway, so now I'm disinterested and I'm upset at someone's lousy sense of humor.

Still surprised they never thought to collaborate with Sonic Drive-In. I mean come on, chili dogs? Onion rings? They even have kinda similar logos if you squint.

Finished the game, its ok, I found the writing to be meh, and the characters felt a bit off, but eh its a free small vn, also it was weirdly glitchy, some triggers didnt work correctly and freezed the game for some seconds.

I've played through some (half?) of the game and it does that thing where the player character uses they/them pronouns and everyone else immediately knows and accepts this without needing to ask because the game is too much of a pussy to just ask if the player is male or female.

Also at one point, the player can offer to pretend to be Blaze's spouse and she only declines because of the player's personality and unknown background - not gender - so I guess Blaze is confirmed to be bisexual now.
