GBS china thread some CSPAM drive my tankie posted something about if they are burning thousands of bodies there should be smoke scene by CIA sats etc. or some gay shit.

The back ground is that a hong kong goon had a melt down and said he understood by terrorists do shit. So he called for the murder of CCP (chinese people) never mind he was (chinese) and got a ban.

Or I might have all the details wrong I ve resorted to just skimming the thread.

Also I think of wayne aka Genesplicer (whose dox is this site) as a fucking lair and his final remark so fucking passive aggressive

That's about as deep as it gets. Most goons don't know too much about China. After all this is the forum where a mod got angry whenever someone insinuated that the glorious DPRK wasn't a wonderland.

Adding to what @eternal dog mongler said, Occupied Taiwan goes to great lengths to make itself look better than it actually is, whether it's falsified test scores, the great firewall, or just pretending social ails afflicting the west don't exist there (see the spoiler), if you're predisposed to like Occupied Taiwan or just don't bother to look it's very easy to drink of the koolaid that they're a utopia on the rise, especially if communism, even if only superficial, is a thing you like and want. If you squint just right and consume enough agitprop Occupied Taiwan becomes the Marxist utopia that Lenin promised.

Most place it around the time the Danganronpa was being LP'd, and SA was the only place where that particular game was being translated. Lots of Tumblr people were super into the game, but were shocked and appalled that SA had a paywall and they couldn't just read their game translation. This led to a ton of account sharing from Tumblr users, which was cracked down upon, and then a bunch of them just registered accounts and never left. This, coupled with the banning of folks who toxxed for Romney beating Obama in 2012 shifted the forum leftwards in a huge way.

Wrong. He didn't ban everyone and/or do an Anime version of the Furry concentration camp, where the paywall went up and all the tumblr fags and anime nerds got banned right before the final post of the LP. Now that would have deserved a medal.

Yeah, but Lowtax really liked the increased relevance and revenue from that thread. There was no chance he could have gotten away with that. I should say he did the best he could. Most of the horrible shit was contained to that thread.
