I'm p sure a big part of this is that the truly insane ones have the option to go to/flee into even more unhinged online groups, like Resetera. eases off the pressure on SA somewhat to have a young and super volatile place like that as an alternative for the trublu terminally online. plus, I'm getting the sense that after KoalasMooch's failed coup attempt from a year and a half back (not to mention FYAD's return), the worst fled there.
 
If someone is an SA mod, you should expect them to be a pedophile until they prove otherwise, which they most likely will not.

SA’s feelings toward Joe Biden amount to those of a shrieking white-hot sphere of pure rage, while ResetERA bans anybody questioning Corn Pop’s wisdom. The two communities would massacre each other if they met IRL.

The place has been attracting trollshielders for a decade and a half so it shouldn't be surprising that at this point, the place is distilled to the point that almost all have some shit on their background and they hope that by being a member of SA, they somehow are less likely to have their shit be noticed.

Casually burns a 8 year forums account in a childish pissfit, i'm sure he'll re-reg lol.
Good friend i play games with that still visits the forum keeps insisting that they are remorseful for the mass purge when they got tricked by Koalas Marsh or whatever happened, but they sure seem to be permaing forum regulars at pretty decent pace still to me.
