He didn't seem happy to me. He seemed like he was just disinhibited from expressing his literal tard rage and threw a tantrum, then when he got beaten up for it, turned into a groveling, pathetic loser and gave up his testicles completely and for good.

Him claiming that we’re just sitting here seething at him is delusional. I barely give a shit about Rich’s well being or lack thereof, because I knew he’d fuck everything up again on his own. I was literally counting the days until he did something to get everyone pissed off at him again, and he did that entirely on his own. Nobody else had to do anything to cost him another marriage and another thousand dollars from his Patreon.

We’re just pointing and laughing at some moron who slipped and fell on one of his own turds. I don’t feel any anger to Lowtax, he’ll hurt himself the worst of all, inevitably. I hope he never changes. I hope he never learns or improves. I’m very confident he won’t.
 
Pretty much. I know dudes who have straight up said they have pulled Patreon donations because of how he has kowtowed to the forum troons. The poor guy is destroying himself.

The only people who would be seething about Dickard's activities of the past couple days is people who actually care about SomethingAwful for whatever nostalgic or sentimental reason. If you just want to watch it burn, this shit is fucking hilarious.

To shorten the faggot tl;dr in the laughing at Lowtax thread: pain is how you learn "oh, don't do that". Pillheads deep in the hole, who are just barely staying 'well', are always hurting - sometimes there is a legitimate painful injury that started them down the path, but when they are in deep taking off the muffling of their painkillers makes their whole body hurt. So when they do get high enough, either higher doze or new painkillers (or in lowtax's case last night, most likely the booze), just not feeling that constant low-grade ache makes them feel amazing. Combine that with the fact most pain killers produce some level of disassociative state in the user, and you have a recipe for doing things without thinking about the consequences.
