It's not the rules, it's the quality of moderation. Not only does KF also have the "we will ban you for being a dick" rule that SA has, it is in fact the only rule, and KF is a much better moderated site than SA with it's thousands of petty rules against every microaggression. tbh, I think all forums have the "if the mods don't like you you're going to be gone sooner or later" rule, as does social media, some places are just more honest about it than others.

The moderation on SA is shit i remember when super mecha gozilla got banned. The CD sent the people objecting to the communty forum to apeal the ban.

Then FAU was all "why the fuck are you guys here whinning to me about this"

Then the CD mod had to come in and explain he sent them there.

Pretty much any society which developed beyond hunter gatherers understand you can't just have abritrary decisions, their have to be clear, evenly administered rules applicable to everyone.
We've now hit the level were admin is about the level of people who cannot read and may eat mammoth dung when the going gets rough.

Chuggin' tussin is so 2002. I figured the TCC goons would have moved on to some random juse or whatever that crazy shit was that had people blacking out for days at a time and ending up in all sorts of batshit situations. The best part was the idiots kept trying it after seeing it wreck other peoples lives in a day and a half.

Shit like this leads me to believe that all the "Is Social Media Rotting Our Brains?" takes are about 10-15 yrs too late, and it's actually the internet in general that's the problem. If you were on forums or etc. pre-social media, they were just as brain-rotting.
 
That reminds me of some of the other goons who had drugged up partners. Wasn't there some gay dude whose husband died next to him in the cinema who had overdosed on diarrhea medicine? and some woman whose husband overdosed and died and she was asking TCC if she should take some unidentified tablets that she'd discovered.

I'd go get screenshots but I'm not :optimistic: that the search function I paid :tenbux: for in 2005 is actually working yet
