Not wrong, but you are forgetting:
1) As SA's revenues continue to decline, so will his child support payments.
2) His youngest mongrel daughter is 8 or 9 if I remember right, so that means only about a decade until that expense stops (and MapleWife can divorce him & start draining him dry).
3) Back taxes are already or nearly settled if I remember right, and shouldn't be an issue going forward. IIRC perma-banned forensic accountants determined he got hit by MS tax law being interpreted that their internet taxes apply non-tangible things (which included red-text avatars), and he's nearly settled that out. Also IIRC he was initially hit with a large tax bill that was inaccurate, as it was based on gross SA revenue, not net.

Popular anime girl "doing a lot of mod work already" not getting tapped for the mod position is probably a wise move on tankie's part. ADTRW is a toilet already but putting some queen bee in charge of the place would be like taking a shit in it and wiping with a lit firecracker.

Something like that. Funny thing about that is........if that statistic were flipped, and only 10% or whatever were homo/trans, then they'd just flip their argument and say they need the trans mod because they're under represented. Basically, sexual orientation bias is only a good thing when it benefits them, and they can degrade the straights.
 
Apart from the "Not publicly viewable" thing, that pretty much is the purpose of ADTRW - the rest of the forums have strict "no anime" rules to stop the weebs polluting them. TCC (the drugs forum) and TGRS (KM's dangerhair forum) are similar sort of quarantine forums to keep their posters behind a fence to stop them infecting the rest of the place with stonedposting and idpol. It's only moderately effective, and those places are utter swamps that nobody outside them dares to venture into lest they catch some kind of posting disease and start projectile vomiting about Ass-Levers, how LSD can cure a heroin addiction or how the best way to fight the power is to buy your mod a laptop.

They only work if they're actually enforced. Like literally banning anyone with >10 posts in one of those places from participating in any other part of the forums, and actively putting the kibosh on rule-skirting alts by sticking them there too. Or just go the 4chan /fur/ route of creating a honeypot for degenerates and then permanently banning anyone who ever posted there.
