Goons and lowtax are all the same in that they have this crabs-in-the-bucket attitude toward success. They just keep tearing each other down with "y u so mad" irony and braindead D&D communist bullshit that celebrates being a broke victim with sadbrains, that the second anyone gets a whiff of another users' success that exceptional individual has to prostrate themselves or be branded a heretic.

On the other hand, they see anyone outside of the ever-shrinking and pathetic SA clique with insane rage and jealousy especially nerdy-types because it's like looking in a mirror and it reminds the Goon that they never succeeded and all they have to show for their 18 year old membership is a ban by trans-racial troon mod that didn't like their comment on video games or trump. This helps explain why Reddit is such a verboten subject of scorn with them because in a lot of ways represents everything that SA isn't: popular, free, and successful.

On a side note, it's been a fucking joy seeing goons posting about how the site is finished and where they're going to go after it finally dies. If anyone thinks a monthly sub model is going to "save" SA, they're nuts. Like others have been saying here, if the taxman actually gave a fuck he'd just work a side job and try to actually make the site work and drive in more users rather than begging and doing shitty fucking low energy youtube streams.

I dunno, the site has been "finished" for years at this point, alone reading here that lowtax makes 1800 bucks alone for existing from patreon (or whatever he uses) makes me think it's not going anywhere too soon.

I have no doubt though that Lowtax will pull the plug as soon as the day comes where it's not profitable anymore. He doesn't give a shit about SA or the community besides that they're his money source. He'll probably even do something scummy (even more scummy than already) too when he gets desperate because he's nearing his 50s and has no source of income.
