He'll get PCA for the first few days after surgery, changing to oral medication for discharge. Opiates are entirely appropriate early in his recovery, although he should need them less as his rehabilitation progresses.

He's not likely to be entirely pain-free in the future, so he'll almost certainly be on some kind of pain management cocktail from here on out.

Crippled men have to be extra careful, they're in high demand to a certain demographic. If a woman isn't put off at all by the fact that you're in a wheelchair, there's a reasonable chance it's because she's an abusive sadist who specifically wants a man who can't fight back or get away.

Not to get too :powerlevel: but I knew a guy in a wheelchair and this is 100% correct.

I think they called him a faggot or something, they have no idea who he is. They just tell him to eat his own farts and he gets SO FUCKING MAD. It's hilarious.

He tries to pull like -- you know how he pulls his weight on his own forum and acts like a bitch and people just eat it up because its his forum in name and he'll ban them otherwise-- he tries to pull a "Lowtax" in real life all the time and it never works and it's so fucking funny.

He's the asshole holding up the line yelling DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM at the fucking drive thru, where he still doesnt get a discount because nobody gives a fuck. He just ends up taking the McMuffin at full price but being all passive aggressive and mope-y about it.

He acts like he has balls, but he doesnt, ultimately. It's so funny.

He's the only lolcow who doesnt search the web about himself. Like he doesnt want to. Other guys here are megalomaniacal, search themselves all the time. Lowtax just pretends, sits in his hugbox and ignores it, and acts like it doesnt happen because he's THAT fucking scared of it, scared of change. It's ridiculous.

10 years ago I would have thought him holding up the line yelling DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM was some sort of joke, but now I kind of see it for what it's worth. Sad.

to stop derailing further I'll pick this up in Convo, but the tl;dr is that there are no fatties in his group; if you are the sort of person who gives up on themselves to the level of shut-in incels do and were disabled to the point of being in a wheelchair, you'd just be in a nursing home. Its a daily fight for each of them to be independent.
