Serious Post: Lowtax is paid up to the IRS because if he wasn't his anus would be getting destroyed on a federal level as we speak, with ownership of a dead gay forum being auctioned off to cover his bill. The (still outstanding as far as I know) taxes he owed were state taxes, likely due to a recent Missouri law to charge sales tax on people who sell things on the internet. His name is on the record because he was too stupid to set up his LLC as passthrough entity and has just been funneling any money from SA to his personal accounts like a tard.
(its also very likely he doesn't actually owe that money since he hasn't been selling physical goods, and is likely contesting the bill. Always incorporate your LLC in Delaware, kids! :tmyk: )

The personal loan from your 401(k) is allowed, but 401(k) funds are not required to offer it. I have a feeling Lowtax did not pick an IRA provider that offers that service.
The loan is also only allowed in certain circumstances for specific reasons, and if you miss even one payment, the loan is considered fraudulent and you get slammed with all sorts of penalties that are due immediately. There's the normal 10% penalty, federal taxes, then there is another 10% or 20% of federal taxes you owe as an additional penalty.

The reason no-one is reeeing is because Lowtax does this periodically, only to get bored and disappear again after a few weeks. He's got the attention span of a goldfish, so all the mods need to do is wait out his latest "making SA great again" campaign.

As long as you have a pulse a temp agency will put you to work somewhere doing something.

Lowtax is a huge fuckup though so I'm sure if he managed to store up enough energy over the past 20 years to work even one day at a real job he would fired for harassment or stealing something he could ingest to get high.

Most of the people doing those kind of jobs have real problems and aren't going to want to listen to a crybaby jewfro fag cry about their arthritis.

I'm not a smarty magic computer wizard man, but if the forums are only getting %10 of the traffic they used to, wouldn't his bandwidth bill be %10 of what it was?
