The vibe here is the same that SA used to have back when lowtax wasn't an absentee daddy, I expect he'd be pretty cozy here if he weren't being busy getting bullied by his unpaid moderators.
I'd never heard about SA until a few years ago, so I can't speak from personal experience, but from what I've read from former goons that were there in the early days (and from reading ED articles) it seems like people exaggerate how good SA used to be.
It sounds like the mods were always egotistical retards (just not in the far-left SJW way that's in vogue there, recently) and that Lowtax has always been a lazy, scummy shitbag.
For example, the stories of Lowtax sending merchandise in the mail and not packing it properly (causing it to either not arrive or arrive damaged) and then banning people who complained (as well as banning people for mocking his fetishes, relationships and his shilling for obscure fruit juice). And the many, many technical issues that SA has had over the years that Lowtax refused to pay someone to fix even when he could afford to.
And the stories of mods sexually harassing goons via PMs and Lowtax ignoring complaints for ages.
Too busy making a big show of being edgy and genociding furries and others for being weird, cringeworthy, or whatever, meanwhile the troons and pedos quietly gathered and took over. Say what you will about the furries, but I can't imagine them assimilating all the mods and users into furries and overthrowing that entire forum like the current bunch of deviants has.
Also, Lowtax had a bit of a meltdown, and banned that Liquid Drink guy who was questioning his stand on doxing. The new official Lowtax rule is "any info on anyone that can be found publicly can now be shared on SA to mock them." Goons are getting worried.
