Eh, I'm kind of on board with lowtax on this one.

Slashie (a trememdous idiot) fires some shots at one of the mods (also a tremendous idiot) and eats a ban and a probation as a result.

There's further, more interesting drama involving her but I'll need to ask my source for the deets.

What on earth was that thread supposed to be about?

No reason to devise an elaborate trolling scheme if you get the same chimpouts just by throwing pennies at his feet and chanting "sonic is dead".

True, though there's those who'd say Lowtax wouldn't be capable of coming up with anything better if he tried. Speaking of which, something that's been bothering me for a while... Whenever I see people on the internet exchanging insults like the one currently under discussion, I find myself wondering - are they aware just how...pathetic they appear? Like, "bald toilet man". Yes, Lowtax says he decided to treat the eminently baitable Maddox to "the most ridiculous, stupid insult" he could think of. But suppose Maddox wasn't so quick to take the bait. And Lowtax was incapable of coming up with anything that wasn't ridiculous and stupid. Would he think, "well, I'm fresh out of barbed witticisms, the devastating truth of which will penetrate to the very depths of Maddox's psyche - so I'll settle for "bald toilet man" instead. If nothing else, it'll depress the fuck out of Maddox, the depths to which I'm capable of sinking"?

I suppose that's my question - Lowtax and all the other purveyors of "bald toilet humour" out there. Do they consider themselves tremendous wits? Or are they aware just how "embarrassing and sad" (to quote @Ruin ) they appear? In which case, being incapable of anything more, do they consider that an achievement - to embarrass and depress their opponents?

I assume Lowtax is merely unfamiliar with humor and wit considering that those things have been banned on SA for years to avoid hurting people's feelings.

The major thing lowtax is unfamiliar with is work of any kind and I'd be surprised if SA is still around in five years.

Came across this funny little moment of realization in the PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds thread. It's like they don't even realize how pathetic the forum has become.

Wasn't raiding public servers the whole point of goonswarm to begin with? They wouldn't have much use for a private server.

For anyone who doesn't know, PUBG is offering custom private servers to any established community, esports org, etc. that can demonstrate they'll use it enough to make it worth hosting.
