It's an utterly stupid characterisation and the fact that it went unchallenged is testament to how fucked up SA has really become. People not liking her moderating style - or even believing she's an unpleasant person - is in no way equivalent to the explosive racial tension which exists in many real world communities. To try to draw a parallel only trivialises the very issues I would hope KM wants people to understand.

DnD could be an awesome forum with the right focus and the right mods, but for years it's been a shallow circle jerk of chat threads masquerading as a serious, "intellectual" forum.

There is so much about black history which people are never taught, and someone with fire in their belly - perhaps even KM - could start some really great DnD discussions, if only everybody could get past the "it's not my job to educate you" bullshit (a sentiment with which neither MLK nor Malcolm X would agree).

Maybe they could talk about how the american government systematically undermined and destroyed all the main black rights movements in the 60s and 70s instead of how revolutionary it was when Beyonce puppeted the corpse of the black panthers for a tepid superbowl performance.
 
Or maybe they could stop doing drugs and killing white people long enough to raise their god damn kids so they don't become savages. At least that's what my primary news source the daily stormer tells me.

Or how present day black ghettos and "the projects" developed. I never knew this until a couple of years ago when I asked about it on a forum where people don't vilify you for not knowing every single thing about black history from the moment the first slave left Africa until Obama became President.

DnD should be the place where there are read alongs of works by powerful political figures of the past, but who's got time to read Mein Kampf, or Marx, or Mao, or Mussolini, or Malcolm X when there's wrongthink on Twitter to be abolished.
