What's especially sad is that PYF used to have a "post your favorite SJW" thread. Most of the posters there weren't right-wingers, they were progressives who thought there were batshit insane people in the tumblr social justice clique. They used to be fine with people making fun of everyone.

EDIT: I don't remember exactly what happened to it or even whether it predated or postdated the general mock thread.

Hello I'm a dumb gay goon who is taking refuge here. I'm over the whole never being sure what I can post without getting banned, and the super spergs who populate every interest thread and screech about normies whenever someone new comes in. I guess I'll shit around here for a bit because this seems like a much better off place. More active, and less shitty mods.

well really what is he supposed to do?

there are thousands of sadbrains that live in their bubbles of pure distilled autism that would go all rainman-making-waffles at the slightest disturbance. So actually trying to enforce things to improve the site would lose probably a significant amount of underdeveloped mental infants that can't handle change and impact his pocket book immediately, even if it would be the best thing in the long term.

however he can put forth no effort and get another year or three out of SA, which to a depressive procrastinator is ten lifetimes to not have to worry about shit.
 
How are they lining his pocket book as it is? It's not like the hugbox mods are enabling the creation of new and interesting content, it's just a circlejerky mess with no payoff. He just doesn't want to deal with the hassle or feel like he's being backed into a corner.
 
By the way, new members who came from SA:

We have tons of subforums. Go and use them. We have a small userbase but as we grow we can have the equivalent to cined/tviv before they went poz, talk about fitness, post recipes etc....

Just because we talk lots about weirdos doesn't mean we can't talk about other shit too

except anime, shut the fuck up about that shit.

Please do help liven up the Games forum. We have threads for all the most autismal games (Pokemon, Dwarf Fortress, RimWorld, etc) but not enough people posting in them.

I guess @Lowtax could always start SA spinoff sites and hope one of them becomes successful.
