Which podcast isn't like that anymore? There are so many I've just stopped listening to. Seems like every single one I used to enjoy eventually made some stupid TWAW statement which made me unsubscribe. All the other wokery at the time I could tolerate. Kind of glad that final straw helped me not tolerate the rest of the grandstanding.

They did. Lemon has an SA account but barely ever posts, I don't even think that even half of them were ever Goons.

F Plus really isn't that woke. There's that one French Canadian guy who loudly virtue signals, especially when anything to do with PUAs turns up, but you can just ignore those episodes. Also avoid any with Zarla, she has the most annoying, humourless laugh ever and is constantly snickering into her mic or making unfunny "quips" . I can't fucking stand her.

It's not as good as it was but I'd say that even now 2 out of 3 episodes are worth a listen, not bad for a decade-old podcast.

Every five years I give the Bad Dragon episode a re-listen. If any of the new ones are that good, let me know.

I don't know if it's that recent but the Sonic the Hedgehog episode is the best one. It has the funniest moment possibly in the history of podcasts. You'll know it when it arrives.

The F List episodes are great, as well as the two about furries trying to make board games. More recently I liked the one about shoving crystals up vaginas and the Sex Fights episode. Star wars one is good too, mostly because Lemon hates Star Wars and his disdain ia gratifying.

I know he got randomly caught in the gamergate crossfire years back with a random song about hamburgers and people thought it was a five guys reference.

re: podcasts I may check out the F plus. Report This Post is pretty funny at times (they had an episode on Something Awful years ago that really pissed off goons lmao) and obviously I'm here so I enjoy learning about cringe internet shit

and as far as cringe internet shit and podcasts getting too woke goes I used to be into the mcelroy brothers podcast years ago when it was just irreverent if safe humor. starting around trump's election though they went off the deep end and got extremely fucking woke and I ditched it pretty quick. them and especially their fanbase could be a topic for a whole thread tbh
