During the 2020 election, we had a thread on it in A&H, and I was having flash backs to D&D of like 20 years ago.

There was a post trolling the trump supporters, but the issue was the thread would move fast but alot of the post would be troll and response it created the whole "signal to noise" issue.

Which was the start of the fall of D&D you start by hammer posters who are "annoying" but then it envolved into all the fun and games SA has now about having the correct opinion etc.

To go back about Goons extremism they will not tolerate any civil disagreement YUG for example was a troll but he followed the rules would make his post and then if told to leave would.

Somewhere in this 1400 page thread I have screen caps of yug spanking FAU and all of a sudden those posters are purge from the SA thread.

TLDR when the goons purdge all wrong think they have no dissenting opinion pull them back from the ledge.

I don't even like the term anti vax as most "anti vax" folks i know wrt to the covid shot are actually anti mandate/travel restrictions

I got it myself because in my calculation it'd make my life easier and I was ready to get back to normal. I can't speak for anyone else though

Lefties also completely gloss over the fact the government has an atrocious track record when it comes to medical experimentation on those it considers less than human

Fortunately for now the courts seem to be erring on the side of caution and striking down a lot of mandates/restrictions which makes goons cry

The reason they assume right wing people want them all dead is pure projection. Goons would do the exact same thing with no second thoughts if given the chance.

What's notorious is how effective it was in containing the political zealots. When it fell apart every subforum felt the surge in autistic retards and brainless useful idiots polluting every single thread until some where eventually modded. Then it became the norm and the rest is history.

Psychotic internet pandemic bubbles ensure that this shit is never going away for some people, and a big chunk of it is because they have a huge boner over the idea of their enemies being forced into compliance, as the boot on their face was voluntarily placed there years ago.
