Yes, and I'm sure that when the government and corporations realize how easy it is to get citizens to help them suppress their peers and snuff out small businesses, they'll definitely stop rather than continuing to find other excuses to keep clamping down. Then when the vaccine fails and covid persists anyways, they can just blame it on those darn dissenters; if only they'd listened and done what big daddy government told them to, then everything would've gone perfectly and things would go back to how they used to be.

In fact just so everyone's on the same page they should try making a regular dedicated segment on TV so that people can be reminded of exactly who to blame for the benevolent and well meaning government needing to continually oppress them so heavily. Maybe call it "Two Minutes of Hate" or something. I'm surprised nobody's ever thought of that.

I had no idea there was light at the end of that tunnel. That's encouraging to hear. A story where ridicule and crushing embarrassment provided the inspiration to do something positive with their lives rather than continue down the unfortunate path of being a SA user.

Good for them, seriously. I never even heard of something awful until reading about it in this very thread, but it's my favorite thing ever.

The palpable cringe I feel whenever I read about these people, with their long and extremely unfortunate history, always puts a smile on my face.
