I tried to throw this bone at Something Sensitive via the Doxxnet, but I never got the courtesy of a follow up... so with that being said I'm going to let KF in on the good stuff.

I have it to good knowledge, not confirmed as of yet that the NSA (or some sort of Government Agency) is snooping around SA / infiltrated it, for what reason I don't know.

Does anyone know this unemployed loser living in Oregon that my guy might be talking about? He is referring to an IK so that should narrow it down.

Sigvatr disappeared after doing an anti-mohammed cartoon that got him IRL death threats.
 
I liked the time someone registered and started selling "mystery boxes". You'd send him money (around $30 I think) and he'd send you a box in the mail of fabulous prizes. Some were skeptical, especially because the guy was a new reg and hadn't done anything else on SA, but the skeptics were largely ignored. Especially since there was shit like a boat that could be won.

A bunch of goons sent him money.
When the boxes eventually came, it was all literal garbage from the guy's apartment. Scratched dvds, ink pens, shitty ps2 games, gas station keychains and such. I think one guy ended up getting maybe a movie he liked, and someone else got something worth like $5. The scammer got away with all their money and he got perma'd and the thread was locked before he could really be doxed and caught. Not sure anything else ever came of it.
 
There's also the time someone posed as a gay homeless muslim tranny who needed pants for a job interview and got LF posters to donate thousands of dollars, which he spent on a single pair of designer pants.

So I got buried as the last post, but hopefully I can continue to preach from my soap box. Hopefully I can get some more good info from my mod friend (if you all are interested) I don't want to divulge his name as I don't want him to get de-modded. I'll see if I can get some fresh mod forum screen shots for you all.

Rule of thumb: If you have content, just post it instead of asking for permission. Nobody likes a gatekeeper. Also, don't write your posts in four different colours if you want them to be legible.
