It's from SASS and is actually what got that website (by far the best SA spinoff site) shut down.

The SASS owner (don't remember his name) decided to drop some lore about himself and complain about how he was abused by surfers during his youth. This of course led to everyone making fun of him and that gem of an mspaint. This caused him to melt down and put him off SASS so bad that he eventually shut it down.

I don't know why he wants to talk about it though since he doesn't really care about other drama lolcow related people like DSP anymore. Slowbeef is currently trying to get higher than 1500 MR on SF6 Ranking that he will never achieve and Diabetus is stuck in the Eternal LTTP/Super Metroid Randomizer Hell he has fallen into too.
