I don't know what kind of mental illness or political brain parasite incited this retard to kill a child, but I hope it isn't enough to make him incompetent to stand trial and get the death penalty.

Illinois doesn't have the death penalty anymore. They tried to reinstate it some years ago but Dems shot it down.

EDIT- He's in Illinois? I thought he was in Louisiana for some reason. He may have had a problem then but even so, I can't see a Jury convicting a Father who just saw his kid killed.
