e: I got autistic and looked up the sales tax rates in Tennessee, and the only area with an 8.5% sales tax rate is Johnson County. Sales tax is higher literally everywhere else in the state. I haven't checked whether there's Klan activity of any sort in that locality, but I'm suspecting this was shooped from a bar tab receipt or something to annoy the fuck out of some goons.
