I might be a little late to the party, but I'm having a good time nonetheless. While it's abundantly obvious that forum is just a bunch of edgy little wanks, I'm not sure if it's anything new, to be honest. It's kind of like Tumblr away from Tumblr. Real sociopaths wouldn't actually even bother with this sort of thing, much less a group of people trying and failing to sharpen their e-peens so they can cut themselves and make a celebratory photo collage or something.
Edit: Saw the selfie thread. I went in expecting the classic Hot Topic look, and...yep, they delivered. That's not what a sociopath looks like. A real sociopath would look, act and be virtually indistinguishable from a normal person, and that's what makes them fucking scary. These people are a joke, but you didn't need me to tell you that.
