Based on the timing of that tweet, I think they're directly referencing an incident at a hotel.

tl;dr version of what happened from what I know is:
>black customer had some issue going on with a reservation
>starts berating the white employee, calling him a faggot, etc., at the front desk while filming him
>the employee has bipolar disorder or something
>ends up having a mental breakdown; hits his own computer
>black guy keeps on berating him even while he's clearly having a breakdown
>professional race baiter, Tariq Nasheed, spreads video on Twitter and it becomes a thing
>anti-whites try to pretend like this is just some normal white person trying to use "white tears"

Because it lets her leave the gaming store while also claiming the high ground. Plus it makes the nerds twist in the wind to appease her, which proves her social worth. In addition it lets her brag about how upset she is on twitter, which will get her all kinds of tendies and asspats.

Someone (Dr. Peterson?) recently pointed out that Social Media really amplifies the kind of bullying and social crap that women do and de-emphasizes the kind of bullying and social interactions men do, which leads us into the Tumblr/Twitter hellscapes we've been stuck putting up with for the past 5-10 years.

Basically, females ruin everything and you should keep them out of your hobbies and spaces unless they're kept retrained in some way.

We are programmed to respond to people who have been hurt. We sympathize with them and want to make it right.
But this can be abused where our sympathies go out to people who don't deserve it.
Like people who say they are marginalized and in need of protection when they are the ones starting confrontations.
They want white knights to come to their rescue.
A way to make sure sympathy doesn't override everything is to talk to the person you have a problem with as an individual who deserves respect so you can come to a mutual understanding where neither of you bursts into tears. But even then, you cannot actually control other people; all you can do is approach the issue with maturity so you don't feel regret for your own actions.
