Go see a therpaist now, surgery is only what you think you need but even if you get it, it'll be like sticking a band-aid in a huge bleeding gash. You need mental help much more than a you need a retracted mandible.

How did I go to school and finish it if I thought I was decent looking? I soon became redpilled and thought I was hideous and therefore stopped. If I become decent looking again I can live a normal life.

I'm just one of those people who can't cope being ugly, that's it.

I've yet to lay eyes on a picture of you, but I bet you ain't that bad. Bet it's not everyday you get ratings from an actual female. As I say, an ugly personality and lack of confidence can count for a lot though.
