While I don't get into the details as much as Seph does, could you not say this? It's just wrong and doesn't help you sway Seph who knows that it's wrong. Proper maxillofacial development looks better; you're not changing anyone's mind about that unless you go out and do research that says otherwise.

Facial features are attractive on a cultural and relative level.

People like different facial types, and Seph's face is perfectly normal. He has no legitimate reason to get his surgery that I've heard of yet- his chin isn't deformed and his face isn't screwed up. What Seph really needs is to start looking forward in life instead of looking at himself. Hopefully he manages to do that.
