I feel like the thread’s coverage could be less the the videos themselves and more the autism of the fandom. From what I’ve seen, a lot of people take these video incredibly serious.

Something I can't really complain about, since the TF2 freaks of old also had those arguments. I still remember a lot of hate comments on the Christian Brutal Sniper videos where he casually offs Vagineer and Painis Cupcake (wow, didn't expect to write that sentence in my lifetime).
 
It's bizarre, but yea I can't help but equate it to the old gmod/sfm shitposts in days of old... And I think most people would too if it didn't just explode into everyone's front page of Youtube and got stupid popular for no damn reason at all
Apparently the fanbase of this 'series' if you can call it that, comprises mostly of actual children and third worlders, similar to FNAF and whatever new thing that becomes popular every month.
I would elaborate but I have no clue what the culture of youtube frontpage viewers is like. This kind of fits the mould though, lolsorandom, loud, repetitive, annoying, and oddly unnerving in a way.
 
I love his GTA vids and hope that he's making a lots of money from this whole toilet thing even though I find it unamusing

The only reason I know about it is because of Vinny encountering an ad of it on his mobile games ad stream. Shit's weird, but I'm not gonna bitch about it because I've seen enough GMod shenanigans in the days of yore.

There’s this weird thing on TikTok with Gen Z’ers having a intense hatred towards YouTube Shorts

As someone who willingly injects themselves to TikTok brainrot: the reason for this is because most of the trends and memes on YouTube shorts are stolen from TikTok, usually months late, leading to jokes like “YT shorts users gonna find out about us using the word blud in 2099 💀”.

But Skibidi toilet is unique as it is a original YT shorts meme, which makes it even more hated by TikTok. If you go onto TikTok right now and search it up, you will find people ruthlessly insulting Gen Alpha’s in comment sections for liking it, and other shit like that.
 
More love and thought put into it than a AAA movie of the modern era. Embrace SFM kino, return to machinima era plots.
 
I ignored everything about it and also have blocktube to get rid of shorts but this is actual kino. Sure it's retarded but so was "X is Y", YTP, and so on, and this far exceeds the amount of effort put into a lot of that older stuff. The fanbase is full of annoying zoomers gen alphas but that's more an indictment on them and how they all talk like niggers rather than the series itself. RubberFruit was a famous GModder way back in the day who infamously quit because he (rightfully) found his fans to be fucking annoying.

Also if you don't think weaponizing the THX sound is funny then you're a faggot, plain and simple.
