Yes. The term is "Homestuck nose," and it's been around since at least 2011 (or whenever the trolls were introduced). It came from how people would color troll noses flushed with their blood color. It's hard to find posts talking about Homestuck noses, since it happened so long ago, but I pulled an old Reddit post that talks about how popular it was in the fandom at the time. This is a Tumblr thread taking the piss out of the flushed nose trend, with Homestuck directly mentioned.

Any sort of "SJW" art trend can likely be traced back to the Homestuck fandom circa 2011. In 2010 everyone was drawing the beta kids as skinny white nerds, but sometime in 2011 something snapped and suddenly Rose and Dave are trans and black. The obvious leg stubble and stretch marks came shortly after.

I feel so old from people thinking colored noses came from the new Animal Crossing.

As someone who read Homestuck, it's a decent story. And it doesn't take a genius to say the obvious. Them kids ain't black. The trolls' whole society thing could allow for "sex" but according to the fucking comic itself, they don't reproduce that way.

They literally cum in a bucket (gross I know) and some giant reproduction troll takes it, mixes it, and then puts that horrible cocktail into something where they're born.

What I'm trying to say is that when Tumblr fags began overly sexualizing shit, the comic basically said trolls don't even have sex in the traditional sense.

This makes a lot more sense then them drawing it. 'Cause you know, effort is hard.

The main issue in my opinion is that the background is more saturated than the character sprite itself. The blocky background could work if it was as bright as this game's future.

The thing that bothers me the most about SJW art is how utterly vapid it is. I already dislike when artists only focus on message and completely disregard the form, but the message here is "this imaginary persona looks like me and affirms my identity and life choices". I just really dislike when they take someone's characters and idea behind them and go "yeah cool, but let's make it about ME."

Their idea of diversity is nothing but empty tripe. They don't care about representing different worldviews, nationalities and ideas. Why, when you can just color a japanese character black and put a gay flag pin on it and jack off over how inclusive and progressive you are.

Art is the ultimate expression of your inner self and, as the saying goes, it's hard to express yourself when you're empty inside.

Because Araki has a weird sense of fashion and has a habit of drawing a majority of his characters as attractive. Since it's a gory fighting manga the opponents tend to be male more often than female, excluding stone ocean which no one has read, so people thinks he just draws pretty boys. Combine that with the fact that they don't actually watch the show or read the manga and things start to make sense. Also people are so socially retarded that they don't seem to understand that men can have a rivalry/friendship and not want to fuck each other. Even if the men have dialogue talking about what type of women they like, steel ball run, or how one of them has no experiecne with women and is a loser because of it, battle tendency, that one charachters motivation is that he wants to bang Jotoros mom, Stardust crusaders, or even the fact that the main charachter peeps on a chick and tries to get a maid to marry him, battle tendency.
