This happens all the time in this fandom and it's incredibly grueling.

Every time a feminine male cookie comes out, like Millennial Tree, Plum, or Raspberry Mousse, all the femcels drool and go "OMG HE/HIM LESBIAN!!!"

It's not the art direction itself or the decision to make the player character fat, or even the blatant diversity play, rather it's the deliberate pastel color scheme that makes the black girl's dark tones look total ass.
If her creation was designed to welcome black players, instead it sends the message that the world is a creamy pink and you're ruining it just by being around.

because making characters look even somewhat conventionally attractive is inherently racist/sexist/nationalist/transphobic/whatever the fuck else you want. By making shit that is overly colorful while showing a modicum of artistic ability and making characters look ugly, it shows that you are taking art back from the hidden bigots. Also you can challenge anyone who calls your art ugly by saying that they've been brainwashed by society.
