This was the caption under that drawing:

"THANK YOU SM MANNY!! anyways have a sleazy demon rat man of a boss. hes trying to cash in on charlies idea with making hell a better place with food! hes a bastard with a heart of gold :)!! "

So basically he is a Chuck E Cheese ripoff. (Also I just noticed that this was recommended by the one and only kiingcorobo).

The first tag is "redesigns" so I'm pretty sure it is a redesign but mixed with a large amount headcanons.

Pardon my ignorance but who's the brown-hair guy? I've not watched the films so I'm not familiar with the characters and even if I looked up the characters, SJWs bastardise them so much, I might see the original character and not realise it. Also, falling in love with a doll that has a child appearance? Red flags are waving.
