I think I saw it in the Tumblr Posts forum on the farms, it was from one of those "your fave is [x]" blogs and it had Allister as a regressor with Bea as his caretaker. If you don't know, I guess regression is when people force themselves back into a child-like state, and isn't Allister a kid himself? It's kind of weird if you ask me.

I would also like to add to that pissing/scat question that many fetishists like to hop into places/communities with large numbers of white knights and similarly nutty fetishists in them, even if there can be lots of people who think the opposite. If there is enough from the former group, then there is a good chance of having somewhat of a "protection" against anyone who will voice even a slight disagreement or dislikement.

Another explanation is just... Cartoons. Some old cartoons had scenes of characters being put into diapers as a joke. We know a lot of these folks get their fetishes from something they saw in a cartoon, and I know at least one diaper sperg put together a compilation of diaper jokes from old Looney Tunes or Disney shorts, complete with a description of how they "awakened" him.
