The people behind Studio Killers are 3 guys surprinsingly.
Its a cartoon band sort of like Gorillaz and the songs are attributed to the fictional members. (Cherry, that girl, and the two furries)

There's no one person behind the Studio Killers. It's a band made of 2D characters that form the "members," and then the team of vocalists and synthesizers that make the audio. I think that the "lead singer" character is actually voiced by a dude with a pretty wide vocal range.
The "All Men Are Pigs" song's lyrics are actually from the point of view of a guy sidling up to a girl in a bar or something, trying to win her over by putting down all other men while putting himself on a pedestal. It's really only made clear by the last line of the song that comes up around 3:46.
idk, I like some of their music myself and felt the need to clear that up. End sperg.

What's up with all the random Studio Killers hate? They're just doing the Gorillaz thing, but with club music instead of alternative rock. I've also never seen them get political on social media, but that could just be me.
They're not my favorite group, but I think the production on their music is slick and fun. Most of the songs are just about shit that happens in a bar or club. The bouncer not letting you in, some dude hitting on you and saying he's "not like other guys", a bunch of girls getting picked up by the same guy, etc.
I don't like Jenny, though. The hook just doesn't appeal to me.

This ^^^ Cherry's all but confirmed to be (male) Finnish singer Teemu Brunila, if you compare their singing voices it's exactly the same. Also, I always thought that song was clever for that exact reason, makes me irrationally irritated when people misinterpret the song as a played-straight extreme feminist power anthem. Oh yeah, and I heard their more tumblry fans interpret that Cherry or the singer is trans, like fuck is it so hard to believe it's just a female character voiced by a man or is Miss Piggy on E now?

This is Sadu, a FFXIV NPC from the Stormblood expansion (SB). Her race, the Au Ra, are more slender than what's depicted in the artwork you linked. Though she's maybe chubby because of that weird chibi doodly style employed there.
Canonically she's a brash lizard girl whose tribe believes they're the reincarnations of warriors past. She believes she's the reincarnation of a (male) chieftain (hence the "my favorite lesbian xD"), and it wasn't depicted too badly in game. Surprised this didn't get more tumblr art tbh, the FFXIV fanbase can be very SJW-y at times.

Not hating on chibi styles, but I don't like the way this character translated into Fray's art style. There's just too much going on and it's easy to get distracted by the markings and colors. Also seems like a disservice to change her skirt-to-leg ratio and to completely hide her tiny shorts.

I wouldn't have said anything about this if it wasn't featured on the tumblr homepage. Seriously? There are so many good artists that deserve recognition over this. The artist couldn't even color inside the lines or make the eyes look in the same direction.
Also something I noticed about bad artists on tumblr is that they can't pick colors so they abuse the overlay tool, thinking that will fix it. It usually just makes everything look washed out and muddy if you use it like that. I think it's also an attempt at ambiance, but submerging your entire drawing in one over-saturated color isn't how you achieve that. In this particular drawing, it's made it look like they're in hell.

I think Kaneoya Sachiko uses those sort of wobbly dead lines well, but most artists just choose that line style because they think it means they can be lazy.

It's like their mouths are on upside down. The top looks like it should be the bottom and I have no idea when or where this trend started with Tumblr artists but it needs to stop.

I think the lip trend really started with Steven universe and it's seeped into the tumblr art kind of style that all the other tumblr artists copy from one another.
