The stitches on both torsos have me confused. Why would breast reduction surgical scars go right across the nipples unless the nipples were being removed (like what happens with mastectomies for breast cancer), and what's with the stitches going right down the abdomen on the right? I think the "stitches" on the right are actually abdominal definition lines. The artist is making the "female" chest look conventionally masculine.
