So they're themed after playing cards, but are dressed like they're in a high school marching band?
Granted, theming the leader off the Purple Heart medal is clever.

Designs per se are not bad. Just kinda bland.
Like they dont really feel "magical" aside from maybe the spade. And don't really use the card theme that much aside from the tiny symbols on their hats and belts.
You can tell the artist was too focused on Diversity and avoiding sexualization that they forgot to add some actual flare to the designs.

This comic could have been funny if Joker said something like "You only kill certain groups of people, I kill anyone because everyone equally deserves to die and that's why I hate nazis" Instead the comic feels like its really trying to say that bigotry is worse than being a homicidal killer.

This joke was funnier in the Batman/Captain America crossover comic.
One, because that comic was actually set in WWII, so Joker's whole response actually fits the period (and it's a joke stolen from The Rocketeer movie). And two, because the comic is set in WWII, both characters are based around their Golden Age incarnations, so this Joker doesn't have any of those edgier mass murderer elements he has nowadays.

But that comic is noncanon. Even the actually canon interaction Joker has with Nazis in prison was funnier than this.
