Okay, so because the Prince was probably an asshole born into a system that sucks, he deserves to be forever under a spell that warps his mind to make him head over heels and willing to strip for an entitled harpy. Sounds legit. I know this is probably “punching up”, but I’m a firm believer in two wrongs not making a right. And you just know that if the roles were reversed in this comic, she’d be throwing a fit. At least she probably has no interest in fucking him, don’t have to worry about the poor guy being raped.
When she showed the preview I thought it’d be some whinging about why women are never lesbians in fairy tales, but I think I would have preferred that over the unfortunate implications we got.
Did the self-insert curse the prince to be blindly obedient? She seems the most happy about the prince's brainwashing.
If the self-insert is referred to as "My Lady" by the other girl, wouldn't that make also her royalty doing nothing to actually change things and benefiting from a broken system?
How is the self-insert taking advantage of the curse any better than the prince benefiting off the system?
The self-insert does understand what courting is, right? It's a way to strengthen political bonds in addition to getting a hot wife.

How can the self-insert not see the appeal in a fairy tale ending? I'm a man, and even I can see why little girls want to be princesses. There's the pretty dresses, the tea parties, the dances, and getting your every need met.

Yeahhh, that’s literally every single one of her fairy tale comics. She’s a bitter 37 year old radfem (who is surprisingly cool with trannies) who thinks straight women could learn so many lessons by acting like her Actual Adult Woman self insert: entitled, leftist as hell, man hating, and proud of it. Once again, I’m tempted to make a thread but I just don’t think she makes enough of a fool of herself for it.
It's all so tiresome (and ugly). This Korean/Japanese artist stood out to me for the fact that she draws her top like a caveman. Redundant, I know, but hers was even more prominent than TamSekai, who at least tries to use the blur tool to smooth out her basic shading. She is a tradfujo, meaning the biggest, burliest manly man of all cavemans can top, and the smol boi is the bottom. Her art style is very similar to la_bordeliere who I have featured here before. She has 23k followers.

I mildly agree that your posting of this art is a little excessive but I agree with your criticisms. I'm mostly just annoyed at them giving a male character a vagina. It's annoying.

I can understand the criticisms and it'd be cool to have a thread where the art isn't exactly SJW but where one is mildly disappointed with. I definitely was with Yakichou and TamSekai, but Yaki had way more life in her art. I wish it wasn't excessive myself but there's just so much of it. Before, Call of Duty was the fandom I posted art for but a lot of people moved on.
He's suffering from a lethal disease that's killing him. He's not skinny from drugs or a lifestyle. His League self is muscular as hell and the Vikjayce pairing - of their League variants - tends to have more classic fans. It wasn't a big deal to talk about until S2 came out. There are huge ship wars and artists will even attack others for not drawing or entertaining anything other than fixed dynamics.

Do you like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3? Yeah? Great! Do you like the Jotaro x Kakyoin ship? Of course you do! But...it's kind of icky that they're both masculine. If this is going to work, we should forcibly feminize one of them until it's pretty much a straight relationship.
This post isn't a history on Brujo Ari's Jotaro x Kakyoin art, but it is a highlight of some older art before they became original characters. In this, Kakyoin (like her current iteration, Kate) is genderqueer with he/she pronouns, but is pretty much only referred to as she. There's some good rep in that she isn't trying to be remotely masculine, and is basically not like the other girls. I'll share Kakyoin's canon design so we can see how much that gay shit was improved. Now, it's queer.

Kakyoin's personality, unfortunately, did not survive the transformation. Like most ukes, he has been reduced to...a quirky teenage girl.
I like to imagine Toby Fox used They/Them for Frisk and Kris just so he wouldn't have to add 2 or more sets of pronouns to the dialogue but the queers in his fanbase pressured him into making those character NB.
I seen rants about how Kris being Nonbinary is integral for the plot.
The reasonings all boil down to "its representation" but never what that actually adds to the story aside from brownie points.
ENA is only ever referred to with She/Her, Phosphophyllite is referred to with masculine pronouns in the original script and Kris is whatever I want him to be.
Gibli puts out some actual good straight couples in their movies and ofc the usual crowd has to turn it into queerslop. Sad.

I forgot how genuinely vitriolic people get toward anyone who refers to Kris by anything but they/them. I've seen straight up essays being written in defense of why Kris is totally nonbinary despite not every person with an an androgynous appearance is automatically a genderspecial. It's practically Sharia Law in that fandom and any breakings of it will not be stoning until death but full on mob mentality until the person caves in and accepts that a random ten year old is a HECKING VALID QUEER NONBINARY.
The people in the Hollow Knight community aren't any better with The Knight, who goes by they/it, and despite it making sense since he's meant to be a literal void blob with his shell keeping that void in, these hardcore SJW types HAD to turn it into a gender issue.
