Turns up nothing on a reverse google search, the upload name links back to a private Imgur link, and this isn't at all how SJW art regression works. SJWs don't just suddenly lose artistic ability (especially not supposedly within the span of a year), they apply it in an increasingly ugly fashion until it slowly downgrades. E.g: First anatomy is lost to stylization, and then colors, and then lines, but it doesn't just immediately go down the shitter.

Unless you can provide a link back to the artist, it looks like you just slapped a shitty phone doodle under some random anime chick.

When it comes to character designs that aren't so easily "exploitable" for PC points, these people sort of drop the ball and make the actual design their primary focus for once, creating some unintentionally pleasant looks. At least, that's the sense I've got from observing these kinds of trends.
(imo I think the tan-skinned girl with white hair could also be salvageable.)
