I know the show creator once said that under the possibilities of multiverse there was a universe where Rick and Morty potentially had a 'romantic relationship'. I am like 9000% sure this is not what he meant though.

I know he said that and given the multiverse theory, there are realities where Rick and Morty are fucking like rabbits (obviously) but that doesn't mean we need porn of it

Oh they're not the only one making art of that. They're just the one who had the ugliest stuff. There are, sadly, good artist making stuff like this.

IIRC a bunch of tumblrtards sperged out at the creator on Twitter about that, though this was probably before the whole 'minor attracted person' (ie: pedophilia normalization) became more mainstream on tumblr.

Oh jesus it just gets worse and worse the further down you go.
Thing is, they aren't horrible. Their sketches are pretty interesting and I like how they use shapes, but then beyond that you get a faceful of Tumblr coloring and Tumblr character design (i.e. the mannish-looking women and waifish girlyboys, the noses) and it becomes a clusterfuck.
I guarantee you took their art off the site and elsewhere it'd improve a huge amount.

Actually when he made that tweet he was mocking those who actually do like it. As the tweet wars continued, he stated even if it was a universe where Rick and morty dated they're not going to be related. It just proves that girls will like anything of two guys getting it on regardless of their relationship which is gross.

I want to bring up this picture because it follows some of the tumblr arttrends but actually looks adorable as fuck despite still technically being bodyhorror and tumblr/sjw art.
Very Worst is an artist I follow and man am I not disappointed despite her monster art looking very similar to total dick Ginsengandhoney's monster art.
There may be some hope for a select-few tumblr artists.
