yeah, the proportions are really weird and make her crotch look like the focus of the picture, it's really hard to look at.

I could see Charlotte getting that cute little butterfly tattoo near the crotch area, but Charlotte is a character who takes advantage of her cute, dainty looks (which this version doesn't have).
