Why does Tumblr have an obsession with vitiligo?

I was never interested in Pokemon, so I decided to google a little more on those trainers and the fact blue one has that tumblr vague brown skin shade made me laugh. :P Sexuality headcanons are as dumb as usual, but what yellow boy did they decided he is funny idiot type? Because boys are only likeable when they are funny losers? He looks like a normal, friendly teenager. But somehow when I googled "Pokemon go trainers" articles about people making fun of him were among first ones.

And how liking memes is even a personality trait? I've seen some Deviantart users writing about themselves "OMG, I love memes, I meme all day" recently (guess on tumblr it's even worse) and really don't get it.

The weirdest part about his fans is the "Adachi didn't do anything wrong" crowd. The fact that those people exist confounds me.

thank you for my night terrors for the next few weeks, I really appreciate it. I'm beginning to think if these people do anything even remotely attractive that they'd just burst into flames because they just went out of their way to make him ugly.

There really seems to be an urge to make a character less attractive or nothing like what they are originally. If you look at their superhero redesigns, all the flash, boldness is usually drained.
 
They want to put the glitz on top of a drab framework. Polishing turds.

Part of me wonders if some of these people were the ones that really liked the character when he was using his goofy, well-meaning personality. And didn't like it when they realized he was the opposite of what he seems later in the game. This is just their way of coping.
 
Most of the "Adachi did nothing wrong" thing is done as a joke by people who are well aware of what he did. Since this is the Internet though, you do get those couple of people who say it unironically...

I think I cut myself on all the edge from that drawing. They tried so hard to show their (probable) inspiration from tokimekiwaku with the edginess and everything and still failed.

As long as you're actually working on correcting it, you're miles ahead from the ones who don't realize their mistakes and/or the ones who do nothing to fix it because they're too stubborn to work on fundamentals. It applies to anything you do in life, really.

No, because a lot of them are too ashamed of their own appearance to look in a mirror and would make others puke if they looked at other people...and that includes photos and film.
