Not sure if this was a sincere question, but whatever.
So the well-known "additions" to the rainbow pride flag started in 2017, when some marketeers and/or activists in Philadelphia added the black and brown stripes to protest racial discrimination in the city's gay district. When some people voiced their confusion over why the stripes were added to represent race when the other colors had nothing to do with race (red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, blue for harmony, violet for spirit), they were dismissed as "racist cis white gays" but they also realized somewhere along the way that those who raised these questions were right that each of the stripes has to have a meaning and now the black stripe stands for diversity and the brown stripe stands for inclusivity I guess, as if the concept of inclusivity and diversity are tied only to race.
After that, I'm not sure when, but the trans color stripes were added on, and some flags even use the yellow and purple colors for intersex, contradicting the notion that the colors on the flag had any meaning beyond "representation".

This is just the result of someone attempting stylization of the human form without understanding the actual anatomy of it. They know enough to probably draw basic human shapes, but not bring it into post-realism yet because they dont know why things go the places they do. They are also just bad at rendering clothes, the breasts are there, but also see comment below:
Pretty sure that's just them trying to show the crotch. Like they wanted to make them shorts then decided on a skirt instead.
EDIT: Here's a quick 5-minute edit. Not perfect, but it'd take them in a much better direction for what they're going for.
