Maybe it's me, but I can't see Ralph letting himself get that fat.

They hate fit characters or who are into working out, so they have the need to make them fat.
You see it often when they draw characters from sport animes who should be in good shape but these people make them into fat gender blobs.
I'm sure is some insecurity.

The goal of bodybuilding isn't strength itself but for your muscles to be chiseled and stand out. It's not natural for your skin to be stuck to your muscles like that.
Edit: personally, I can Ralph being the bigger, burly type in comparison to his thinner more agile brothers.

This is also one of the reasons i look for reference pics on strong people. Bodybuilders specialize in having low fat in their bodies and their muscles are mostly for show. Strongmen are the epitome of strength and functionality. When you see them, they are the image of the ripped barbarian that can fight with a two handed axe. Plus, fat in their bodies also fulfills the function of lowering damage to potential sensitive areas, mainly in the abdomen and the sides.

I think what she meant is that Transmen (female to male) that present like females are still men, so essentially, a female that pretends to be a male that dresses up as female. Makes no sense but what do you expect from people like that when they can't tell you what a woman or a man is, at that point they can be anyone and anything.

Apologies if it's not very sjw, I thought it would fit in terms of raceswap for the sake of it and characters that look nothing like their original self.

A shame they're wasting their talent on this kind of stuff, because I'm kinda liking their style (despite the unfortunate sameface syndrome).
Though at least the characters here are mostly recognisable (in my opinion, anyway), unlike a huge majority of pointless raceswaps / blackwashes.
