You would think they's latch onto stone ocean, considering one of the main characters is a crossdresser. Maybe the fact that the antagonist has dark skin triggers them.

Eh, I see most of them hating on Anasui mostly, because he's a guy and "Jolyne is a precious lesbian babbu in a poly relationship with Hermes and F.F uwu". If they don't outright dislike him, they make him into a trans woman or nonbinary or something so they don't have to do anything straight.
 
I think part of the reason most of the race-flipped(or whatever it's called) pics really don't appeal to me is the soulless way they do them. Like they aren't doing fanart for fun, or because they like the series, but BECAUSE DIVERSITY. And that's it, the only reason. The anger and bitterness is more obvious than any characterization.

I think these are the worst I've come across. I mean sure, most tumblr artists are shitty as it is. But I don't think I've seen any who's primary tool is MSPaint. I mean good lord, the anatomy is even worse than usual. And half of them look stoned.

Which series is that?

A question I have is what's with the massive hate-ons these people have for Samus' zero-suit and Power Girl's outfit. Even Wonder Woman wears less than PG and there are artists who have drawn characters with even bigger tits. I know PG's "boob-window" and big breasts offend them. And they hated on Samus' undersuit was being used in battle for a single game, but there seems to be more given how much they sperg about it. God, these guys finally shut-up about Quiet (at least halfway) about two months ago.

Why hate the zero-suit and PG's outfit? One could say they find it sexist. Sure one could say the zero-suit could be sexist except that was said to be a sort of under-armor or neural link of some kind for Samus's power armor. For Power Girl's outfit, the boob window is something one can say that in a realistic setting wouldn't be helpful for protection and such but then again, we have super-heroes of various kinds. That means you have Marvel's Hercules beating up bad guys in only a skirt with sandals and Wonder Woman in her leotard sort of armor beating up bad guys. Maybe it's just me as some shit-lord male (who may be sexist because of this thought of not giving a care about appearance as much as others) that I wouldn't put a lot of care in how ones armor or outfit should look. Even then, these are fictional works and said works can have a sort of outlandish element to them, be it a world where you have flying dragons burning and crushing everything or a world where a man with a prosthetic rocket arm also has a ghost that speaks of sorrow.
