At least with some racebends, they put in some effort. I don't know why they want a Black version of these shows because some of them were terrible.

I enjoyed how she thought the Norse Sol was only a gender swapped version of the Roman sun god Sol. Plus one thing about original Sol that the author forgot to give to male Sol was that she was a being made of fire and very feature less other than tattoos and her face and when she redrew her she gave him underwear and a more realistic skintone that would only natural make you see it in a more sexually presenting way. Not to even mention that men and women have different aspects and instincts on how to present themselves as sexual being. Also the irony in the comment section assuming once there's gay people in the games industry all the men would be in assless chaps.
 
I just realized something about the Quiet shitstorm. For all this talk about "agency" or whatever jargon they use, did they ever stop and consider how Stefanie Joosten felt about her character's portrayel?* She's the mocap actress and they used her likeness after all.

She seems pretty chill about it too.

Man, they sure like doing this stuff to characters that are essentially required to be physically attractive. A noodly athlete with hairy legs or a chubby, homely idol singer would be setting themselves up for failure.

Being fair, canon wise, Hanayo is supposed to be considered chubby... compared with the other girls of the show no with a Tumblerina. Also, that Maki looks like a 50 years old and why the hell is Rin a ginger?
