Tumblrtards have a very telling obsession with children's media from their childhood. For every tumblr decrying Sailor Moon as fatphobic and racist, there's two or three more extolling its virtues as a trans-friendly, POC-inclusionary, women-celebrating masterpiece.

Normal, regular people give no shits about cartoons. Unfortunately, this is Tumblr, one of the things on the internet that has a sort of "man-children" in it (in this case, SJW's obsessing over cartoons). If they didn't give a shit, they would think they'd lose a fight or something over a piece of media that is directed at children.

I think the worst one I've seen in this thread is probably the Kill La Kill characters. Even the worst drug addicts look better than those in the drawing.
 
One thing that doesn't make sense is all of this racebending of anime characters, since in the anime style, skin color = race. They might as well be doing sonic recolors at that point.
 
You know what's interesting, if a female character fights naked, she's only going to get 7 checks on the bingo card. Thus, making her less offensive than lets say, Kitana's new costume (Mortal Kombat).
