The thing is they do, but the moment you stray from the norm as far as furries are concerned you're halal. God forbid you disagree and use a site they don't like.
 
Reading some of these tweets and seeing people refer to this as a murderer/terrorist/whatever site, I wonder where half of that shit came from and why these bored kids on twitter believe it

- They can't do anything with that information unless they have a good legal grounds for isp subpoena
- Which 90% of the means nothing will happen.
- ISP geolocation tools are full of shit and are not even vaguely correct.
- Unless your email is MyRealName1992@ImExceptional.com nothing will happen.
