I predict an incoming barrage of 'Feels' ratings.
Personally, I credit Terry Pratchett for me not being the ignorant, un-thinking piece of shit I used to be.

I have many discworld books. He is the only writer who made me want to know more about his world (besides R.L. Stine when I was a child). I was shocked when I found out that he was only 66 years old.

The first book I ever read was the color of magic 3 years ago. The latest book I bought was the wintersmith.

RIP

"DON'T THINK OF IT AS DYING," said Death. "JUST THINK OF IT AS LEAVING EARLY TO AVOID THE RUSH.”

Terry Pratchett was a major inspiration for me. He's one of the biggest reason why I started writing and got interested in fiction. He was awesome guy, an incredibly creative man, and had a writing style like no other. You knew what he was describing even before he described it, he just had that magical ability to put fantastic images in your head like no other.

RIP Terry, I pray your legacy will never be forgotten.

I was never able to get into Discworld, but Good Omens was a life-changing book for me, it really inspired me in writing and storytelling. I'd just re-read it the day before I heard this news =( RIP Terry. You can never be replaced.
