You should play through Chris's life. Start him off as a baby living with Bob and Barb. Recreate 14 Branchland Court as best you can. Name him Christopher, of course. When he grows up into a child, dress him in his classic Ralph Lauren striped shirt (you may need to download a custom outfit for this), and also use cheat codes to change his name to Christian. (Actually recreating Fashion Square Mall and Leonard Bearstein on a commercial lot may not be practical) After becoming an adult, make sure to set a large fire in 14 Branchland court. Once he's been an adult for a while you can change his wardrobe and hairstyle so he looks like post-trans Chris. Then you can use cheat codes again to change his name to Christine. Make sure that Bob passes away around this time.
You can use cheat codes to set his aspirations and character traits to match that of Chris's.
As you play through the game you should occasionally not allow Chris to use the bathroom and let the bladder bar fill up all the way so that he pisses and shits himself, for accuracy's sake,
Don't let him take many showers. his hygiene bar should be red at all times.
His hunger bar should be kept satisfied at all times. make him eat anytime he is even a little bit hungry.
Do not let him gain any skills.
Do not let him fulfill his romance aspiration.
Do not give him a job except for a very short stint as a fast food worker where is quickly fired. (Scaring a child with Donald Duck noises is sadly not possible in The Sims 4)
Flesh out the details where you see any that could apply to The Sims 4.
