Other than being sedated for several successful surgeries, Simba was awake and well, with many visitors/family at the hospital. It was only the last few days, after Thanksgiving, when he developed sepsis and had heart failure. During the last week in ICU he drew, wrote and had a peaceful time. The ICU staff was really good to him. His funeral will be on Friday in Michigan.

Ah, that explains it. I actually didn't see this coming, as he was reported to be in stable condition.

I hope the cops give a statement about what happened or release the video from the bodycams. Would they have to since it's a police related death?
