I guess those rips were so accurate he had to be taken down for copywight infwingement.
 
For those that don’t know, this guy was famous for having almost every popular video game soundtrack there was.

This isn’t the first time he got in trouble over copyright. Before he was SilvaGunner, he was SilverGunner, but had to make a new account.

EDIT: actually he named himself GilvaSunner too, idk if he made multiple accounts

Anyway, yeah they’re basically soundtrack rips from video game OSTs. They might affect people’s YouTube playlists but it’s not the end of the world as these tracks can easily be found elsewhere.

You're thinking of SilvaGunner, who was a legit video game ripper. SiIvaGunner (note the capital I) is a group that named themselves after the ripper, but uploaded parody "rips" that turned into memes halfway through. Some of them were genuinely good, like the one where the NieR Automata soundtrack was mashed up with MINECRAP BROWN BRICKS and the Inspector Gadget theme. They also made We Are Number One a meme.

Weren't they originally Timmy Turner's Dad? Or was that the name of the original Gunner?

I think that was the group.

Anyhow, unpopular opinion time: I always preferred the non-meme (Nutshack, Grand Dad, Love Live, etc) rips the group would do. Like the Mute City/Hip to be Square mashup, and there these Super Mario Sunshine ones that featured the Rocky Theme and a Jackson 5ive song.

Point is, I liked it when they put in more effort than just recreating Nutshack/Flintstones into their rips.

SilvaGunner / SiIvaGunner is a group of amateur music producers that make remixes and jokes based off of video game soundtracks while posting them with clickbait titles, parodying the VGM channel GilvaSunner.
This is their second time getting suspended. The first was back in mid-2016 for the clickbait, which goes against the site's ToS (insert rambling over YouTube's hypocrisy here). This time it's for "multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement".

TimmyTurnersGrandDad is a channel made by fans of SiivaGunner. They're not the same group.

And wow, that's two VGM channels shut down in the last few months (but to be fair Crunchii was asking for it when they went full-retard and uploaded Smash Ultimate music before release). And now I'll never get a chance to listen to their "finale" song again...
