Posting in Q&A is the only thing stopping him from going back to sniffing petrol

Just put him on ignore.
I have a simple rule for Q&A ignores. Go look at their post history. If the last 10 or so are about bodily fluids and/or anime, or ask the same question in ten different ways, go ahead and put ‘em on ignore. You won’t miss anything important, and they can continue to self-archive a record of their degeneracy for future stalking cases or murder-suicides or whatever.
