if you curse them to die from a gunshot wound, then shoot them, then yes. otherwise we live in a society where (typically) punishment requires proof. having bad feelings toward someone and even to a lesser extent threatening someone is not punishable, with the exception of making a direct threat and even then that is easily beaten with a competent lawyer. if you could legitimately curse someone and they die from whatever (heart stop or whatever) then I guess more power to you.
